A training plan should be personal as we are all different.

How many of you would like to have a running coach but are put off by the cost? Experience? Or you just don’t know if you need a coach in general? 

What would be the value to you of being able to coach yourself? No matter what the distance, with the guidance from a running coach to know you are heading in the right direction? 

That’s where I come in! I want to help people run faster and feel better about their running in general, know how to write their own training plan and what they need to do to reach their goals. 

This platform is a way that you can discuss with other runners about your training, goals, plans, strength training, sessions, different tweaks to help you run faster.
